Refund Requests via Your Bank or Payment Processors
Please be aware that requesting a refund directly from your credit card company or Wercams.com's billing processors may lead to immediate termination of your Wercams.com account. If your account is terminated in this manner, you will be unable to open new accounts with Wercams.com. For any service issues or transaction disputes, please contact us directly for assistance.
Chargebacks and Fraud
Chargebacks or any actions preventing Wercams.com from receiving funds for a Credit purchase will be considered fraudulent. Such actions may result in immediate termination of your Wercams.com account. If your account is terminated, you will not be allowed to create new accounts with Wercams.com.
If you believe a chargeback or credit card refund was issued incorrectly, Wercams.com will require repayment of the disputed amount. Once the disputed amount is settled, Wercams.com will reactivate your account.
Wercams.com reserves the right to utilize all legal rights to reclaim funds lost due to chargebacks or credit card refunds. This includes sharing identifiable details with third parties as necessary.
